Estimates
Estimates are free for new system installations and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Diagnostic visits for repairs carry a flat fee that is quoted before we dispatch.
Pricing and approval
We quote repair pricing before work begins and perform only the work you approve.
Warranties
Manufacturer parts warranties apply to new equipment we install and are registered on your behalf. Labor warranty terms are stated on your invoice.
Referral rewards
Referral rewards are paid as a prepaid Visa gift card once the referred customer’s installation is complete and paid in full. The referrer must be named on the estimate request so we have a record.
